About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Moody (moody.no). The agreement is between you and Developia AS, org. no. 929 523 695, Vestlisvingen 80, 0969 Oslo, Norway. When you create an account and accept the terms, they apply to all use of the service.

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

What Moody is

Moody is a platform for private individuals. It brings small everyday tools, which we call projects, together behind one login, with an overview showing the status of each project. For now there is one project, Clothes (wardrobe). There you can register your clothes with photos, search and filter, put together outfits, keep a usage calendar, see insights, create collections, keep track of where things are stored, and mark garments you want to get rid of.

Moody is free. We do not charge for anything.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moody.

Your account

• An account is personal and may only be used by one person.
• The information you give us must be accurate.
• Keep your password secret. Let us know if you think someone else has gained access to your account.
• Every account must be approved by an admin before it can be used. Developia decides at its own discretion whether to approve an account.
• An admin may reject a registration or deactivate an account.
• Admins can also send invitations. An invitation is pre-approved, valid for 7 days and can only be used once.

How to use Moody

You must use Moody lawfully and properly. This means you must not:

• upload content that infringes other people's rights, such as photos you are not allowed to use
• upload illegal content
• try to bypass or break the security of the service, or gain access to other people's data
• collect data automatically, for example with bots or scraping
• misuse the AI suggestions, for example by submitting photos that have nothing to do with the feature

Your content

What you add to Moody, such as text and photos, belongs to you. Developia only gets the rights needed to store and process the content, show it to you, and create AI suggestions when you ask for them. We do not use your content for anything else.

You are responsible for what you upload. Avoid photographing other people or sensitive documents.

AI suggestions

In Clothes you can get suggested details about a garment based on its photos. The suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong. Always check them before you confirm. Nothing is saved unless you approve it. You can turn off AI suggestions in the Clothes settings. Read more about how the photos are processed in the privacy policy.

The service is provided as is

Moody is free and provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available and working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or online.

We may change the service, add or remove features, pause it or shut it down. If we shut down the service or a project, we will give reasonable notice where possible, so you have time to export your data.

Liability

To the extent Norwegian law permits, Developia is not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data. We recommend that you regularly export your data under Account → "Download your data". This gives you a copy of everything, including the photos.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

If you want to stop

You can stop using Moody at any time by deleting your account under Account. The account, all project data and all photos are then deleted immediately. Export your data first if you want to keep it.

If the terms are broken

Developia may deactivate accounts that break these terms.

Changes to the terms

When we change the terms, we publish the new version here with a version number and date. If you are signed in, you are told in the app when a new version is published. If you keep using Moody after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be heard by Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett). This does not limit your right as a consumer to bring a case before the courts where you live, or to use other complaint schemes.
